If you have forgotten your login details, please do the following:
- 1. Click the LOGIN button to bring up the “Forgot your username / password?” option.
- 2. To retrieve your Username, enter the email address associated with your account and it will be sent to you there.
- 3. To reset your password, enter your Username and a link will be sent to the email address associated with your account. Click on the link in the email to be brought to the password reset page.
If your account has been suspended due to multiple failed login attempts, please contact Customer Service. For the quickest resolution, please also include your username and the answer to your security question (ex. Mother's maiden name, Place of birth, Name of pet, Favorite team, etc.)

When will my account be credited for my deposit?+-
Funds deposited by credit card or Echeck are instantly credited to your account, so you can get right to the action.
When using other methods, such as Instant Banking, your account will be credited as soon as we receive the funds. In these cases, we’ll email you to confirm your deposit and notify you via your Sports Interaction account.

Am I able to deposit using a prepaid gift credit card?+-
We accept prepaid gift cards that display the Visa or MasterCard logo.
Just like depositing with other credit cards, deposits made with prepaid gift cards are subject to the approval of the card issuer.
Some prepaid gift card providers do not allow international online transactions. Make sure to check with our Customer Service team before purchasing one to be sure you’ll be able to use it with Sports Interaction!
Why is my credit card being declined, when I know that it is good?+-

Sports Interaction does not charge any fees for credit card deposits.
There are no fees associated with credit card deposits. Note that the fee text on the Deposit landing page shows “Free” for credit card.

What are the rules associated with sportsbook bonus offers?+-
Bonuses come with a "rollover"; an amount you must bet before withdrawing.
Deposit bonuses are confirmed on the deposit confirmation screen.
The rollover is calculated by adding the deposit and bonus together and multiplying by a number. For example:
A deposit bonus of 15% will have a 4x rollover on the sum of the deposit and bonus amount.
Deposit = $500
Bonus = $75
Total = $575 x 4 (4x multiplier)
Rollover = $2300
You'll need to bet $2300 before you can withdraw your full balance. Every bet you make, win or lose, takes away from the rollover left (but bets with a price < or = -200 (1.5) don't count!)
Rollovers for non-deposit bonuses only multiply the bonus amount by a number. For example:
Bonus = $10 (10x multiplier)
Rollover = $100
Your rollover resets when you make your next deposit, as long as your account balance is under $1 and you have no open bets.
If you try to withdraw before finishing the rollover, you'll get a message letting you know how much is left in the rollover.
You can withdraw any amount in your balance that's higher than what's left in your rollover.
If you want to withdraw before finishing the rollover, we'll have to remove the bonus and winnings from bets placed using the bonus. The first bets placed after getting a bonus are considered using the bonus, up to the full amount of the bonus. For example, if you get a $75 bonus and your next bet is for $75, then all winnings from that bet are considered as coming from betting the bonus.
However, if your first bet had been for $200 and the bonus $75, then only part of the winnings from that bet will have to be removed. Here's how it would work:
Bonus Winnings Calculation: (Bonus amount / Bet Amount) x (Bet payout - Bet amount) = Bonus winnings
Bonus amount = $75
Bet amount = $200
Bet price = 1.50
Bet payout = $300
Winnings from bonus = $75 / $200 x ($300 - $200) = $37.50
So the original bonus of $75 and the associated winnings of $37.50 would be removed.

What's a 'rollover' or 'turnover' or 'wagering' requirement?+-
Sports Interaction applies rollover and wagering requirements in the interests of fair gaming, so that players will play in the Casino, Sportsbook or Poker before attempting to cash out or withdraw.
In simple terms, this means that when you receive a bonus, that you must bet (wager or rollover) the bonus cash and deposit that you receive a set number of times, before you can turn it into real cash and withdraw it.

When will my withdrawal request be processed?+-
Withdrawal requests for registered accounts received before 12am ET will be processed the following business day.
Withdrawal requests for Registered Accounts that are received before 12 a.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day (Monday to Friday only, weekends and holidays do not count). First time withdrawals and withdrawals effected after any update of personal information are subject to clearance by our Security Team. This may take up to 3 business days.
If at any stage you wish to cancel a withdrawal that's in the "Pending Withdrawals" section, simply go to the withdrawal and cancel it. It will be immediately refunded back to your account.
How long does it take to receive my credit withdrawal?+-
For Sports Interaction Registered members, Credit transaction withdrawals take between 24 – 48 hours to process, however the posting time may require an additional 24 hours at your bank, bringing the actual time frame to 72 hours. If after 3 business days you do not see posted credits on your statement, please take a screen shot of your statement and send it to firstname.lastname@example.org. Be sure to include your username in the subject line, as well as the following sentence: Credit Withdrawal Delay.
Note that the Payments Team does not process withdrawals on the weekend. Please await your withdrawal confirmation email and count 3 business days to view your credits.
I requested a withdrawal, but changed my mind. How do I cancel a Withdraw request?+-
If at any stage you wish to cancel a withdrawal, go to Account > Withdraw. As long as it is still listed in the "Pending Withdrawals" section, you may go to the withdrawal and cancel it. It will be immediately refunded back to your account.
I’d like to make a Casino withdrawal. How long does it take for my withdrawal to be processed?+-
To make a withdrawal, go to the Casino cashier, choose the “Withdraw” option, enter the amount that you wish to withdraw. Withdrawal requests for Registered Accounts that are received before 12 a.m. Eastern Time will be processed the following business day. Please note that we are not able to issue payouts to your Visa or MasterCard. First time withdrawals and withdrawals effected after any update of personal information are subject to clearance by our Security Department. This can take up to 5 business days. If at any stage you wish to cancel a withdrawal that’s in the “Pending Withdrawals” section, simply go the section in the Cashier, and cancel it. It’ll be immediately refunded back to your account.

Registration is a security process necessary for all customers of Sports Interaction.
Why do I have to register my account?
We are licensed by the Kahnawake Gaming Commission and part of our License Agreement requires us to adhere to strict rules regarding customer security and identification. The Terms and Conditions, as well as the Rules, state that documentation is required for all accounts. The documents we request are only for age confirmation, address verification and confirmation that the payment/withdrawal source(s) used at Sports Interaction are in the owner's possession.
Once registered and certified, you will not have to send these documents again. The only time you may be asked for additional information is if a new address or payment/withdrawal source is used.

Online security is of vital importance. Registration is required by Sports Interaction’s regulation and licensing agreement.
Sports Interaction recognizes that online security is an area of vital importance to all players. To this end, players will be asked to provide identification and proof of address for security purposes to ensure the validity of any transaction conducted on their account. A player's registered address should match that registered with their method of payment, eg. billing address for credit card payments. Failure to provide sufficient documentation as requested will result in that player's account transactions being held or suspended until such time as identification and proof of address is received and authenticated.
