How do Casino Bonuses work?

Casino bonuses can be used in the Casino & Live Casino pages on desktop and mobile platforms. You must accept your bonus offer by launching an eligible game or from the "My Promos" section of your account.

Once the bonus is accepted,  you will see the balance updated on the Casino and Live Casino pages. When you expand the balance, it will show your available balances.

Example of your balance from the Casino page:

*Main Balance refers to your Sportsbook balance.

Always check the terms and conditions of your bonus to confirm all requirements, including eligible games and turnover amount.

Betting with your bonus

When playing in the Casino or Live Casino, you will see your Main Balance + Casino Bonus Balance. During Casino play, credits and debits for play (wins / losses) are applied to the Casino bonus balance until betting requirements are met or the bonus is lost.

When betting requirements are completed, your bonus balance will convert to real money and credit to your Main Balance. When a Casino bonus is active, your history of transactions will show your running balance, which includes any casino bonus balance.

Viewing the progress of your bonus

If you would like to view the details and progress of your bonus, you can do so by heading the "My Promos" area of your account menu.

Bonus Turnover (Betting Requirements)

Turnover (also called rollover) is the number of times a bonus must be bet before it can be withdrawn. This betting requirement varies for different promotions.

For example: accepting a $20 bonus with a x30 turnover means you must bet $600 on eligible games before you can withdraw your winnings.

Bonus Withdrawals

Winnings accrued with a bonus cannot be withdrawn or transferred before meeting the turnover requirements.  If the turnover requirements of the bonus have not been reached and the bonus is still active you may see two different balances:

For example: if you win $100 with a $20 casino bonus, your Casino balance will be $100 but your Sportsbook balance will be $0.00.

Standard Game Weighting for Betting Requirements:

For example, if you bet $10 on blackjack, only 20% (or $2) is considered toward your bonus requirement.
